Improvement Reimbursement Program

The BID may approve reimbursement for improvements made to properties within the designated district of the past 12 months, up to the assessed and paid amount. These improvements must benefit the appearance and/or safety of the BID area. Such improvements include, but are not limited to: facades, stucco, paint, signage, landscaping, alley improvements, security systems for outdoor areas, historic preservation, street furnishing, and demolition of offensive structures. Reimbursement will not be approved or made until (a) the improvements are completed, and (b) the Applicant submits bona fide invoices for the completed improvements and proof of payment.
